Objectives of AEPC Registration:

Today, AEPC is a powerful body for the promotion and enablement of garment manufacturing and their exports. For Indian exporters, AEPC is a one-stop shop for technical guidance workforce and market intelligence. It helps to establish design centres, to evolve improved design and patterns and garments suitable for export, to improve the qualities and standards of the fabrics and to encourage manufacture of garments for exports. It also helps to co-operate with government and other various organizations in the country and abroad with a view to further promotion of exports of ready-made garments.

• The Applicant is a registered firm in case of individual for sole proprietor firm, he/she is more than 21 years of age on the date of application
• The applicant of the company should not met with any competencies.
• Turnover of the business should exceed more than 1 crore from at least three consecutive financial year of business progress.
• Exporter's turnover of garments should be properly certified by an Charted Accountant

• An Exclusive application form with signing authority
• Non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized
• Self-attested Copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association or Partnership deed or Certificate of Registrar of firm etc.
• In case exporter who wish to register as Manufacturer , then self-attested copy of SSI
• Certificate or Letter of Intent or Industrial License or Acknowledgement issued by the concerned Authority duly self-attested.
